Hi there! I’m Ashley, the maker behind LittleRedBirdShop — a passion project that started in 2021 shortly after the birth of my third baby. As a mom of two girls, my love for bows and accessories came naturally, and what began as a creative hobby quickly turned into something so much more.

I first shared my idea with friends on Facebook, and from there, things took off. In just the first two years, I hand-crafted thousands of bows, participated in vendor events, made lifelong friendships, and watched so many sweet kiddos grow up wearing my bows — an honor I’ll never forget.

In the summer of 2023, life brought a big change: a cross-country move. I packed up my workspace, unsure of what would come next — thinking maybe that chapter had closed. But the truth is, when something matters to you, it sticks with you. I found myself constantly thinking about LittleRedBirdShop, and that quiet longing was all the reminder I needed.

Fast forward to September 2025 — I’m a full-time working mom who’s found her way back to her creative roots. The boxes are unpacked, the fabric is ready, and I’m so excited to be making bows again. This fresh start comes with new ideas, greater experience, and a renewed passion to create something special.

I take pride in every item I make and love nothing more than seeing happy moms and stylish little ones rocking their bows. Thank you for being here, for supporting my journey, and for letting me be a small part of yours.

To keep your handmade hairbows looking beautiful and lasting longer, please follow these simple care tips:

💕 General Care

  • Handle your bows with clean, dry hands to prevent stains or damage.
  • Avoid pulling or stretching the bow to maintain its shape and structure.
  • Keep bows away from moisture, lotions, hairsprays, and perfumes, as these can affect the fabric and adhesive.

🧼 Cleaning

  • Spot clean only using a damp cloth and mild soap if needed.
  • Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or soak your bows.
  • Allow to air dry completely before using again.

📦 Storage

  • Store bows flat or clipped to a bow holder to help preserve their shape.
  • Keep them in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight to avoid fading.

⚠️ Important

  • These accessories are not toys. Please supervise young children during use.
  • Some small parts may pose a choking hazard for children under 3.

With a little love and care, your hairbows will stay pretty and perfect for many wears to come!

We strive to make shipping simple, affordable, and flexible for all our customers!

⏳ Turnaround Time

  • Our current turnaround time is always listed at the top of the website.
  • This refers to the time it takes to prepare your order before shipping.
  • Please note: turnaround times do not include weekends or holidays.

📦 Flat Rate Shipping

  • All orders ship for a flat rate of $5.50 (48 States ONLY).
  • FREE shipping on all orders over $45.00! (48 States ONLY)

🛍️ Combine Orders Option

Love to shop often? Not in a rush? Our Combine Orders feature is perfect for you!

  • Select “Combine Orders” at checkout to hold your order.
  • We’ll keep your purchases on hold and ship them for free once your combined total reaches $45+.
  • A great option for frequent buyers looking to save on shipping!

⏳ Important Notes

  • Orders placed with the Combine Orders option will be held for up to 30 days.
  • If your combined total does not reach $45 within 30 days, a $5.50 shipping invoice will be emailed to you.
  • Payment is due within 72 hours of invoice to release your items for shipping.

🚚 Return Packages & Address Issues

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim, the customer will be responsible for a $5.50 re-shipping fee.
  • An invoice will be sent, and payment is required before reshipping the order.
  • Please note: We do not offer refunds for returned or unclaimed packages.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

  • You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Please include a clear photo of the item and a brief description of the issue when reaching out.
  • Requests can be submitted via email to LRBSBows@gmail.com

What We Cover

We will offer a refund or replacement for:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Incorrect items sent in error
  • replacements for lost/damaged packages - if deemed lost by USPS

What We Don’t Cover

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage resulting from improper care or handling

Please note: Hair accessories are handmade and may contain slight variations in color due to lighting, pattern placement, or size—these are part of the charm and uniqueness of handcrafted items and are not considered defects.
